The first iPhone application from skateboarding legend Tony Hawk and leading mobile developer Jirbo / EpicTilt,Tony Hawk: Trick Tips, has reached the number one spot in Top Paid Sports on the iTunes App Store. The app is one of three Tony Hawk partnered with Jirbo/EpicTilt to release.
This entrance into the app sector is in step with Hawk's tech-savvy reputation for bringing his highly coveted skateboarding tips, advice and knowledge to as many of his core fan base as possible. Hawk has been hailed for his creative online interaction with his fan base and this week reached a Twitter following of over 2 million.
